Site, including for making reservations and purchasing tourist services

through the Site.

All Site users are bound by these Terms of Use.

These Terms and Conditions set forth the use of the Internet Site located at https://continentalhotels.ro

and apply to the users acting on their own behalf or on behalf of

another person (hereinafter referred to as “User”). By using, viewing,

transmitting, retaining, storing and/or using the information and

materials on the Site, the services or features offered on or by the

Site or the content of the Site in any manner, the User agrees to each

of the Terms and Conditions set forth below. The data and the

information are presented on the Site for informational purposes only.

Continental Hotels reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without

any prior notice: the content, form of presentation and/or structure of

the Site at any time and will not assume any liability in this regard,

the modifications made being deemed to be accepted by the User if he/she

continues to use the Site after the posting of the Terms and Conditions

displayed on the Site.

The data relating to other companies

is used with the express consent of all parties involved and may be

changed or modified at any time at their request.

2. PURPOSE AND NON-LIABILITY

purposes only. In providing these materials, we do not undertake to

Continental Hotels does not guarantee in any way the

shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage suffered or

claimed by the User arising from any malfunctions of the Site.

Hotels authorizes all users to explore this Site only if the use is for

The

Site is only available to natural or legal persons who can enter into

valid contracts in accordance with applicable law. The Site and the

services offered by the Site are not intended for minors. Those Users

who do not comply with these conditions may not use the Site and the

services offered by the Site.

The User also warrants that he/she

is legally authorized to make travel reservations and/or purchases

either for himself/herself or for another person for whom he/she is

authorized to act. The User may use this Site only to make legit

reservations and shall not use this Site for any other purpose,

including, but not limited to, making speculative, false or fraudulent

reservations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if a

customer is found to have engaged in fraudulent or improper activity or

in other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain

or resulted from a mistake or error, or an attempt to circumvent

Continental Hotels policies, terms or conditions.

Excessive or abusive use of the booking facilities on this Site may result in users being denied access to these facilities.

specific requirements such as: phone, email, billing details, etc.

Continental Hotels reserves the right to change, modify or cancel

photographic, technical or pricing errors (including but not limited to

incorrect hotel prices) that appear on our Site. Continental Hotels

The User is responsible for any damage caused to the Site, in accordance with the Romanian laws in force.

Terms and Conditions are drafted in accordance with the laws applicable

in Romania. The User agrees that any legal action arising out of or in

connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by the

courts in Romania.

data, so that contacting it by the User is easy.

sending e-mails or notifications to the User may be made by electronic

available to the parties, and the User is thus deemed to consent, in

Continental

Hotels reserves the right not to respond to all requests of any nature,

especially if they are unfounded/abusive/injurious, received by any

of solving any requests, but also for providing additional information,

at the User’s request.

Any communication or material transmitted through the Site or by e-mail is transmitted on a non-confidential basis.

11. FINAL PROVISIONS

Continental

Hotels cannot be held liable for any errors that may occur on the Site

due to any cause whatsoever, including due to changes, settings, etc.

that are not made by the Site administrator.
